Inside the Classroom
As an adjunct professor, I design every course (whether virtual or in person) to reflect the real world of business. My goal is to help students engage with current concepts, tools, and challenges rather than simply memorize material from a textbook. I love sharing my professional experiences with my students and feel honored to support them as they prepare for careers in business, whether in corporate roles or entrepreneurial paths.
Teaching Statement
I want my students to walk into my classroom and actually feel like they belong there — safe enough to mess up, respected enough to speak up, and confident enough to push themselves. That's the foundation everything else is built on.
In my courses, I try to make business feel real instead of theoretical. Students aren't just learning concepts — they're stepping into the actual role of a marketer, an analyst, a content creator, a brand strategist. They build campaigns, dig into data to make real decisions, create content, rebrand companies, even host live podcasts. I want them to leave class having done the thing, not just read about it.
Collaboration and creativity aren't extras in my classroom — they're the point. Every class gives students room to brainstorm, build, question each other, and work through problems together. Some students come in ready to talk and experiment from day one, and they thrive. Others are still building their confidence, and I make sure there's room for them to grow at their own pace too. Both kinds of students belong in my classroom.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: I want students to learn by doing, and walk away with something they can actually use the next day.

Student Projects & Exercises
A glimpse into the classroom....
Across the courses I've taught, my students have worked on more than 20 different hands-on exercises and six major applied projects — and every single one is built to mirror something they'd actually face in the real business world. My classes are all about building, testing, analyzing, and presenting, not just memorizing. Students have audited real websites, launched actual social media campaigns, built fully functioning websites from scratch, rebranded existing products, created analytics dashboards, and developed real management and communication plans.
I also love bringing emerging tech and modern media into the classroom — we've done live in-class podcast recordings, and I use applied AI tools to help students work through real business problems. Ultimately, I want students to walk away with practical experience, a stronger professional voice, and portfolio-ready work they can actually use — whether that's in an internship interview, a job interview, or their own business one day.
